Codes of Conduct

WMCYO Basketball Family / Spectator Code of Conduct - 2025 - 2026

Parents/Guardians - Every family should have signed a copy of this, and it should have been returned to your coach or coordinator prior to the start of the season,  If you have not all ready done so please print and sign a copy and send it to your coach or coordinator. 

Coordinators - A copy of this should be posted and visible in your gym during every game.  You also should have a copy of this on file for each family playing in your program - coordinators should keep them on file - DO NOT SEND TO WMCYO unless requested.  If there are any issues one of the first things that will be requested is to provide us copies of the signed.

WMCYO Basketball Coaches Code of Conduct & Responsibilities - 2025 - 2026

Coaches - Every coach, assistant coach & team parent volunteer should have signed a copy of this, and it should have been returned to your coordinator prior to the start of the season, if you have not all ready done so please do so as soon as possible.

2025 - 2026 Update includes: Any coach found in violation of WMCYO Rules or Code of Conduct will face a minimum of a two game suspension or up to removal from WMCYO for a first offense.  Any subsequent offenses will result in removal from WMCYO for the season, and may affect future seasons too.
